Windows 10: My Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop keyboard stopped working. Mouse is working fine. Tried on...

Keyboard and mouse use Microsoft Wireless Transciever. Mouse is working fine. Tried on different computers with same issue. I have replaced the batteries in keyboard and checked for any updates.


Any advice?

New Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse

My previous Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse has the rubber on the side coming off. Purchased a new mouse, same kind. Now the new mouse works fine but now the Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard is not working. Will the new ergonomic mouse work with my 'old'
ergonomic keyboard? If so, what do I need to do?

I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard not working

I got a new Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard and it's not connecting to my laptop.

The mouse works fine, but the keyboard isn't and neither is the number pad.

What I've tried so far:

I've tried it on two Windows 10 laptops, didn't work on either.

I've updated the drivers.

Downloaded the Windows Mouse and Keyboard Center. The mouse shows up in it, the keyboard doesn't (it does show up in the Device Manager however)

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers a couple of times.

Replaced the batteries.

Tried it in all available USB ports.
