Windows 10: my Seagate Central network drive shows up in file explorer as Seagate-41D834 but doesn't...

All help welcome. It may have a date of 2014 or older.

Seagate drive doesn't show on Windows explorer

I have a Seagate Expansion drive, an 8tb drive. Sometimes it shows up on Windows Explorer, sometimes it doesn;t. I have Windows 10.

 

Seagate Central

Just done the Windows 10 Upgrade..

All ok but I cannot access my Seagate Central to view the DLNA

Downloaded Seagate central and it cannot find my DLNA box...

Any Ideas ?

You can always crack open the case and remove the drive to plug it into SATA internally. But I'd get the data off first from a Windows 10 PC.
