Windows 10: My search bar on Windows 11 disappears as soon as I activate voice typing.

On Windows 11 what I want to search for something I click on the search bar and get the normal cursor there. As soon as I press Win- H To activate voice typing the search bar goes away and I can't see what I am saying.

If you meant the Cortana search bar, review the suggested solutions on these threads:

• Can't type in Windows 10 search bar.
• Can't type anything in Win 10 Apps (Cortana, Search, Calculator, Feedback, etc.)

Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

  Type narrator in the search bar and press enter.
  
• 
  Click on voices
  
• 
  And select find other voices that work with Narrator.

Search bar stuck while trying to type in the search bar

We would like to know more information regarding your concern so that we will know why the search bar is not working. Have you recently made any changes/updates prior to this issue?

Did you run the troubleshooter to rebuild the indexing? If not, I would suggest that you run the troubleshooter to fix common indexing issue. You can run the troubleshooter by performing these steps:

• Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type
  Troubleshoot.
• Choose Troubleshoot in the results.
• Under Find and fix other problems highlight
  Search and Indexing then click Run the troubleshooter.
