Windows 10: My search bar, window button settings and microsoft store dosent work, class not registerd...

So a few days ago my screen started to turn black and back to normal and does this countinous and i decided to factory reset.After the reset the laptop network didnt work, there was a message that said the network isnt working or something like that.Then i opened it again and it worked but the search bar, windows button, settings and microsoft store didnt work and said class not registered.And the screen keeps turing black and then back to normmal .I use windows 11.What do i do

when I want to downoald things it says ''Class not registerd'' ..

To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.

 

Add a button to the address bar.

I would like to add the Zoom button to my new Edge address bar. Have found the following how to do it on the web but they don't work like the instructions say.

To customize the buttons that appear next to the address bar, use these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. Click the Settings and more menu button on the top-right corner. (I assume that is the three dots in a row)
3. Select the Show in toolbar sub-menu. (Don't see 'Show in toobar)
4. Click the action button that you want to add or remove from the toolbar.
