Windows 10: My search box blocks out everything else on the screen, any solutions?

I would suggest you to run search and indexing troubleshooter
and check. Please follow these steps:

• Right click on Start and select Control panel.
• Find troubleshooting and click on it.
• Click "View all" and then click "Search and Indexing".
  
  Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.

latest N8 update - selection issues in browser and suggestions box blocking search boxes

the latest update is much appreciated as it has freed up a lot of space on the c drive which I'd never managed to do despite removing all possible items from it and not installing onto it.

The only bug seems to be in the browser. When you type into any search box the list of suggestions box appears and blocks your view of the search box. I use my phone in 'portrait' with predictive text so it is useful to see the text as you type.

The other bug is that it is very hard to select items in the top third of the screen. I don't think I've suddenly become less accurate. It sometimes takes a few goes to select and I have to zoom some pages to hit the right section. I've noticed the Google mobile
search page has moved the search button down which is good as I'd keep ending up at the log in screen. Can anyone help?
