Windows 10: My second monitor keeps freezing kinda

i have two monitors, lets say i have my game on the left and extra stuff like Discord on the right, each time i tab into the game, my second monitor which i could be wathcing youtube on or watching a live stream either slows down in fps slowly resulting to it landing on 0fps and just not updating until i tab back into whats on that monitor, or it just 100% freezes. this all happened after the recent nvidia drivers update i think but im not sure. So basically im just getting no use out of my second monitor, this seems to be happening mostly when im playing the game dead by daylight i need hel

Windows 10 Freezes, kinda

A while back I switched my old computer monitor to my RCA TV and after that games like Roblox, The Elder Scrolls: Legends, and Terraria keep Freezing kinda.

I can still interact with everything, hear everything, and even see my cursor move. These games I've never had a problem running with my old moniter

 

Second monitor freezing

My second monitor freezes when I try to do something on it. Won’t unfreeze unless i click on my main monitor. Also have an issue where sometimes my second monitor is black but I can see my cursor. Graphics card is RTX 4060
