Windows 10: My second monitor softwares shifts right when I open CS:GO on 4:3 resolution

Second monitor screen resolution problem

Hi,

For us to properly isolate the issue with your second monitor screen resolution, we would like to know the following:

  Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
  
• 
  When did the issue first begin?
  
• 
  To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Monitor image shifts to the right on screen capture

I have 3 extended monitors connected to my HP Pavilion Laptop. I do many screen captures thru JING/TechSmith. With all 4 monitors (Laptop + 3 extended) connected the screen capture works perfectly. If I remove any or all of the 3 extended monitors when I
try to do any screen capture program my desktop turns blank/black and everything shifts to the extreme right of the connected monitor(s). This makes a screen capture impossible. I un-installed and re-installed the Screen Capture program, tried a new screen
capture program, tried to 'detect monitors', tried START+D and host of other move commands. No change. Any suggestions?
