Windows 10: My second screen freezes/glitches when entering certain pages or fullscreen

Whenever I play a Youtube video it acts fine, but when I put it in fullscreen it freezes/glitches until I leave fullscreen.This only happens on my second screen.Have no clue how to fix this :System:Windows 10Version: 10.0.19045 Build 19045Graphics card: GTX 1050TiGeForce Experience Version 3.28.0.417Mainboard: AMD B450CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor16 GB RAM

Freezing screen and glitches

As I boot up my laptop it boots perfectly but after I login for more than 5 seconds later the screen freezes or glitching or maybe goes black screen sometimes. If I try to troubleshoot then green dots appears and screen freeze. I can not do anything

 

Screen Glitching out While Playing Fullscreen Games



My laptop screen glitches out everytime i launch a fullscreen game, the weird thing is this doesn't happen on windowed mode or if something overlaps the fullscreen. Only a few games i had ever had a problem like this.

 

Black screen when opening / closing certain fullscreen apps

I recently got a new monitor, and whenever I open or tab out of certain fullscreen apps, the screen goes black for a few seconds.

It doesn't happen to every app in fullscreen. For example, when opening / closing minecraft, the screen does go black, but when I open a modded minecraft instance through an IDE, the screen doesn't go black when opening / closing minecraft.

The only way I've found to stop the black screen is setting my monitor to 60Hz, which I'm not going to do as one of the reasons I bought it is for its higher refresh rate.
