Windows 10: My security intelligence version doesn't update automatic

My security intelligence version doesn't update automatic. It simply displays version created 1/1/1970 7:00 AM and I right download security intelligent handmade and it show protection definition is out of date Although I click on check for updates

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
