Windows 10: My security software showing windows registry issue should I proceed to fix?

My Internet Security software is showing fix registry to speed up PC. Do you think if it is safe to proceed, refer screen shot.Thank you

Security folder missing from the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Security

There are ways on how you can add the missing registry on the Security folder. Here are the steps:

• In Registry Editor, click the registry key under which you would like to add a new key.
• Click New on the Edit menu and then click
  Key.
• Type a name for the new key and then press ENTER.

Note: The method to fix the issue will have Registry modification. Before you modify the Registry, make sure to back it up and understand how to restore the registry if a problem occurs. Please refer to this link:

• Are you facing any other issues with Windows 10?

If you find that Security Center is still not started and running as expected after you reconfigure and start Security Center and then restart your computer, you may be experiencing one or both of the following problems:
