Windows 10: my 'Serif Craft Artist' does not print in windows 10.

since changing to a new computer and windows 10, 'craft artist' will not print. it is driving me crazy. trying to print A5 folded card and after pressing print, a message appears on the screen 'your chosen page does not fit on the current printer sheet'. This should print out correctly as it did in windows 7 on my old machine. I have tried scale to fit and shrink to fit, it makes no difference - it prints to the left side. it should print on the setting 'use scale' can anyone please help as to why this is happening.

I have used Serif Craft artist for many years on my laptop and on Windows 10 without a problem until today when I couldn't open it. Can you please tell me if windows 10 has been updated to cause problems with opening Craft Artist as I need it for my work.

As we can see you have installed Craft Artist 2 professional onto your new Windows 10 PC. This particular version has the punches and stencils feature.

how to use stencils. Try reinstalling the application and check if you are able to use the feature.

community forum for further investigation on the issue.

I have downloaded Craft Artist 2 professional onto my new computer (windows 10) but am unable to access punches and stencils, please how can I do this?
