Windows 10: My settings app lost some settings.

So, my settings app lost some setting. I cannot open Windows Update, display settings.For example, WIndows Update. It just doesnt launch, without any errors:1. Not from settings.2. Not from ms-settings:windowsupdateSame for display settings.It all started when I booted Linux once, not even installing anything from it, or doing anything to my main drive from it. Reinstalling is not my option, because its not my laptop, and even if I keep the files, some of the settings will be reset, so that's not for me.What I tried:1. sfc /scannow2. Sound card amplification settings

Yeah unfortunately ASUS and Realtek are not stepping up and fixing this it seems. Wherever I see such problems mentioned on forums some users are suggesting just uninstalling the Realtek driver and using the Windows audio driver.

Lost settings

To add an observation, Windows Update doesn't even show in the more-complete God Mode which gives a lot of shortcuts that are in the various items in Control Panel.
