Windows 10: My settings component are incomplete.

Hi! i am currently running on Windows 10 Pro and i am experiencing this issue wherein the components of my settings are incomplete. No windows and security setting, troubleshoot, gaming mode etc. Totally my settings' a mess and incomplete. I also cant reset my pc due to my settings being incomplete. I tried resetting my laptop using a cmd but it says that i have a missing fveapi.dll so i downloaded one and put in on the system32 folder, tried resetting again usinig cmd, luckily the options to reset shown up. After clicking the reset pc, it always says that it cannot be reset. Any help?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
