Windows 10: my settings do not want to launch

Hello, I am using windows 10 and whenever I attempt to open settings they quickly shut off in a split of a second. Can anyone help me

If you're having issue launching Settings from Start menu, we highly suggest performing the troubleshooting steps posted by Rohit Siddegowda in this
thread. Lots of Community user found his suggestions helpful.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
