Windows 10: My shift button doesnt work anymore. Hardware of software problem

My shift button doesn't work. For example, when I do SHIFT + 2. I just get a 2 instead of an @ sign.For example, when I do SHIFT + 5. I just get a 5 instead of a percent sign.For example, when I do SHIFT + a letter. It is not capitalized. It's just a lowercase letter then. I don't think my shift key is broken. Because it doesn't work on both my left and right shift buttons.I have thoroughly examined my keyboard settings and they are set to Dutch - United States International. This keyboard is already built into my laptop so it is not an externally connected keyboard.

Shift button keeps on beeping

I have tried the two steps but my SHIFT button still beeps. I have restarted my PC and the SHIFT button still beeps.

 

Call button not working properly anymore. Can't adjust...:|

latest Win 10 mobile build (fast ring, also tried RTM and slow ring versions), same bug:

Use any Nokia Lumia headset (or any other 3rd party headset) - or earphones - etc.

Try to hold down the call button to fire up Cortana - doesnt work anymore (worked in WP8.1)

Try to double-tap the call button to skip forward a track - doesnt work

Try to triple-tap to go back a track - doesnt work

However pressing the call button once while on a call does indeed hang up the call. This is the only call-button function working.

Very disappointing.

Any workarounds or suggestions ...

 

windowsphone.com doesnt work anymore?

Yup, my phone is connected to wifi.

The problem is...the button to SEND the app to the phone is not enabled anymore.

Even the domain www.windowsphone.com doesnt exists.

Its a shame microsoft dropped support to this feature....it makes looking for old apps a headache.
