my sign in option showing unavailable. i am not able to use fingerprint option and not able to change pin too.

I am not able to use fingerprint scanner and facial recognition sign in option.

From the start, when i bought the laptop (HP Pavilion 360), I am not able to use facial recognition option. It is showing as 'currently unavailable'. After this, recently I am not able to use my fingerprint scanner as well and showing the same reason. Both of them are showing that they do not have compatible camera or scanner to use the sign-in option. Please help!!

 

Fingerprint option to sign in unavailable windows hello

Hello, I can’t use my fingerprint or my face to sign in. I’m using this sign in option for almost 2 years and suddenly i can’t do it anymore. I went into options and saw that with windows hello the facial or fingerprints option are currently unavailable. How can i go back to the way it was? Is easier for me with facial or fingerprint.

My Sign in options are all unavailable. I was able to set up my pin and fingerprint when I bought my device but after that, my sign in options went unavailable. I wish to change my fingerprint and pin but I can't do it. Thank you for any solutions.
