Windows 10: MY SISTEM IS HALT, HDD IS LOCKED, I FORGATE ALL PASSWORD ( USER & .......)

Hi all dear friends and professionals I hope my problem is resolved here with your help​

I have two devices that are both locked. The first is my Asus laptop running Windows 10 and it waslocked yesterday and the second is my iphon mobile.​

Apple iPhone 6 has also been around for along time, despite repeated calls toApple I failed to open and also got tired of the futile tips, but my laptop kept my family in the wrong codes as well as going into hard drive recovery settings. Which made matters worse and in fact blinded them. Please do something for me. I can connect devices to the same system so that it can be set up online remotely​

Windows 10 lock screen password

• Right at the top is a checkmark next to the option labeled Users must enter a username and password to use this computer.
  Uncheck that.
• Click Apply and it will prompt you for your current password. Enter it twice. The next time you reboot, or your PC wakes up from a nap, you’ll no longer need to type in your password.

Let us resolve you concern regarding on how you can change your lock screen password. We suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key; then, select Settings.
• Click Accounts; then, Sign-In Options.
• Tap the Change button in the Password section.
• Re-enter your password; then, create a new password.

microsoft account - win phone 8 sign in- forgat password

my email account that i signed in on the win phone 8 had to be reset it, i forgat the password and i cannot reset it beciase the alternate emial that shows there i dont know how it was placed there since it doenst belong to me , i tried the alternate way
and i wasnt able to be validate it since i only used the email account for winfdows 8 phone purpose, i ddint use it to send emails and didnt have any folder or contacts

i contacted windows phone support, microsoft cusotmer service and microsoft store and carrier, no one can get my account .... what shopuld i do???
