Help!My sister hit my laptop keyboard hard with a metal object. When she hit the keyboard i did not see any damage on the screen the laptop was on so I restarted it and did not see any signs of damage. No BSOD, no startup errors and no static sound.I was wondering if there is any damage to the laptop. She hit it on the center of the laptop by the way.

    All Metal Keyboard?

I'm looking for an all metal keyboard, or some kind of metal coating/cover. This is for a laptop, a Dell Inspiron 7737.

Damaged metal frame of my Lumia 925

    Hi guys,

I have Lumia 925 from 2 weeks now. Yesterday my phone has fallen and there are significant signs of damage on the metal frame. It is really desapoining to see the metal frame so fragil.

Any one to give me advice from where (site or online shop) I can buy just the metal frame. No in ebay.

Thank you in advance for your advices!

    Disabling laptop keyboard

    Hi,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

As per the description. Let me help you in resolving the issue.

I suggest you follow the steps below and check if that helps:

    • Press Windows + X and select
      Device Manager
      from the list.
    • Find Keyboards in the list of devices and click the arrow to expand it.
    • Right-click on the internal keyboard and click Disable. If there is no Disable option listed, click
      Uninstall.
    • Click File>Exit. Your laptop’s internal keyboard should now be disabled.
Note: If you had to choose Uninstall instead of Disable in step 4, the keyboard will be automatically detected and re-installed if you ever have the Device Manager scan for new hardware for some reason. If that happens you’ll need to repeat this procedure
in order to uninstall it again.

Hope the information helps. Please let us know if the issue persist and we will be happy to assist you further.
