    Status messages from SNS services are not showing up in my KIN phone's homescreen or are not up to date (KB 2021558)

    There is more than one possible cause for this problem:

    • You changed your password for that particular SNS (social network service) on a computer, but you did not update it on your phone.
    • The SNS service is busy or has timed out.
    • There was an interruption of your internet connection.
    Try one of the following solutions:

    • Ensure that the password for that SNS on your phone is correct. You may need to update your SNS password.
    • Turn your phone off and on.
    • Check that you have a connection to the Internet.

    Can't see the Internet button

    I did the steps, I uninstalled the wireless adapter. But it didn't install / the problem didn't fix after a restart. Is it because I uninstalled it with the "delete the driver software for this device" option ticked?

    Anyway after the restart, a new list as "Other devices" appeared and there was only 1 in it. It's called "Network Cintroller" and it has that error icon on it too (this icon ---> ️)

    My laptop details are,

    Brand - Acer

    Model - Aspire A515-56G

    SN - NXA1JSG008117024643400

    SNID - 11700931634

    BIOS version - V1.26

    Windows version - Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit

    sound not working on W10 Tablet

    Followed link and the advice. advised drivers all up to date. Uninstalled by checking the driver uninstall box , restarted device

    Sound system now missing from device manager list Acer support system does not recognize device snid or sn.

    Now in a muddle as to what to do next. Husband attempting to help as I am less experienced with all of this.
