Windows 10: My son's email was hacked and stolen, can I get my Minecraft account back?

My son's email was hacked and stolen. Gmail won't help us recover. We have a Minecraft Java Edition and Bedrock purchase associated to that account. I have my purchase transaction information from Mojang from 2018. Is it possible to somehow recover this and associate to a new email account?

Help! Account stolen and Computer hacked

My son was on my office computer when his Minecraft account was stolen and the screen went black and the computer shut down. I have no idea how long the hacker was in the network and I my law firm has have very sensitive documents. We know it was a hacker as his email and accounts received confirmation of change from Bangladesh.

I have put reported it to the FTC and have been trying to contact Microsoft and Minecraft both online and phone repeatedly via different avenues with no success.

How do I get help ASAP? I need to retrieve the stolen accounts and get to a place where I can turn my computer back on again safely! It is urgent - the damage is real and it appears Microsoft provides no viable solution.

my sons account has been hacked and they have changed his email so when trying reset the password its telling us that no account with that email. phoning Microsoft the automated message tells us support has moved online following that link and then typing in my sons email comes back with there is no Microsoft account that that name.

This is ridiculous, kinda a catch 22 situation, cannot log in to get support, cannot phone someone to get support

Anyone have any suggestions?
