Windows 10: My son's Microsoft Account has been hacked, how do we get it back?

Preamble:My son noticed after he logged onto Windows using PIN that he could not login properly to his Microsoft Account, giving him an error saying that the account didn't exist.We tried going into users in Windows and getting more information, but, it sent a security pin to an email address that was not the one we registered with, and that's where we noticed a new email address.I logged into my own account, and checked my family settings, where it showed his account was renamed to "Goofy Gily", and has an email address that is not his. Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.
