Windows 10: my sony vaio model number vpceb fan runs constantly and very fast

after updating windows 10 on my sony vaio model vpceb, I have noticed my laptop fan is running constantly and very fast. Can anyone suggest a fix please

I just upgraded my Sony Vaio from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, and now the fan won't stop running. It didn't run constantly before the upgrade. Does anyone know if there's a fix? Thanks.

I have this problem with my Sony Vaio SVP132190X. The fan speed does not seem to be controlled by VAIO Control Centre. I uninstalled it and now I am unable to install it. So the fan runs at full speed (my current CPU usage is only 5%). Can anyone help please?

• Does the fan runs constantly fast or do you hear any noise?
• Have you tried updating all the drivers of your computer?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before posting this concern? If yes, what are those?
• What is the memory/disk usage in task manager?
  
  You may check this by typing Task Manager in the search box
  and hit Enter. Check which application
  is taking more memory or disk usage.
