Windows 10: my Sony WH-CH700N hedset appears as two devices and doest let me change how many channels i...

i bought a Sony WH-CH700N hedset and when i first connected it to my computer the device appeared as two, WH-CH700N stereo and WH-CH700N Hands-Free AG Audio, by trying them i noticed that while the stereo option has a better audio quality with two channels it does not have and audio option, while the hands free has a microphone but can only use one channel, i've tried to use the stereo option as an output for sound and the hands free as input, but this way i cannot hear anything.is there any way to have two channels for audio output but also being able to use the microphone?

Windows 10 doesn't Recognize Sony WH-CH700N headphones as an Audio Device (lists in other devices)

Hello, I just got Sony WH-CH700N headphones and they paired with my HP Elitebook 840 g6 running Windows 10. The problem i am facing is the device is not getting recognized as headphone/headset. Its getting paired and
working fine with my One Plus 5 and other devices.

Problem pairing Bluetooth device headphones Sony WH-CH700N

Hello, I have a problem with the bluetooth pairing of my headphones Sony WH-CH700N. My laptop is an HP Pavilion with Windows 11 Home Single Language installed on december 2021. However, this problem began when I had Windows 10 and dowloaded some system updates, because before that, I had no problems pairing the device.
I turn on the headphones and I'm able to pair them with other devices such as cellphones, wich recognize my headphones as "WH-CH700N", but when I turn on the bluetooth on my laptop and try to pair the device: 1) it takes very long for the headphones to be detected by the laptop, 2) when the laptop detects them, it shows up as LE_WH-CH700N, finally it gets paired but the sound doesn't come out of the headphones, as if it wasn't paired. I don't know what the problem might be, what I don't especially understand is why the device is detected as "LE_" and not as it should be, since I think that is the cause of the problem. I've read other questions or threads with similar problems described but haven't been able to solve it.
Thanks in advance if someone can help me.

To troubleshoot the Bluetooth connection issue, I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works for you:

• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
  Device Manager.
  
• Expand Bluetooth
  and right click on your Bluetooth driver.
  
• Click on Update Driver
  and choose Browse my computer for driver software.
  
• Choose Let me pick from a list of available device drivers on my
  computer and click on Next.
  
• Choose a different version of driver among the drivers listed there and click on
  Next.
  
• Follow the onscreen instructions to install the driver. Reboot the machine once the driver is installed and check if you’re able to connect the devices.
  

Additional information: Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows 10

If the device is still not available as a playback device after pairing, I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works for you:

• Right click the Volume
  icon on the taskbar and choose Sounds.
  
• Under Playback
  tab, right click on an empty space and select Show Disabled Devices
  and Show Disconnected Devices.
  
• Once the above options are enabled, check if the Bluetooth device is listed. If listed, right click on it and
  Enable the device and Set as Default.
