Windows 10: My Sound Suddenly disappeared, Help.

first , sorry for my bad english.1-2 month ago my sound suddenly disapeared. my pc recognise my usb headphones or earphones when i plug in audio jack, but theres no sound coming out for my earphones and earphones. i try every step i can find in internet like update driver, re-install driver, update windows, disabled enhancements, download newest driver from website, use troubleshoot, and buy usb soundcard but it didnt work. i cant even try test sound and troubleshoot cannot solve my problem. if someone know please help me.

Since the above steps did not help to fix the issue. I suggest you to uninstall and re-install the sound card and check if it helps.

  Press (Windows key + X) and click on “Device Manager”.

  Expand “Sound, video and game controller”.
  
• 
  Right click on the device driver and select
  uninstall.
  
• 
  Once uninstall is done, restart the computer.
