This issue should be resolved by reinstalling the drivers on the built-in administrator on your computer. We suggest that you install the latest update for your Windows first. After you've done that, access the built-in administrator and reinstall the drivers
for Dolby Atmos. To access the hidden administrator, kindly follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + X, and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type net user administrator /active:yes. You should see a message that the command was successful.
• Restart your computer. You should see the Administrator account.

Note: The built-in administrator should be used for troubleshooting purposes only. Once you've reinstalled the drivers for Dolby Atmos, kindly follow these steps to disable the built-in administrator:

• Press Windows key + X, and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type net user administrator /active:no. You should see a message that the command was successful.
• Restart your computer. The administrator account should no longer appear after this.

Can't enable Dolby Atmos for Headphones?

Since I bought Dolby Atmos, I haven't been able to enable it in the spacial sound settings. Instead of enabling it, selecting Atmos for Headphones just opens the Dolby Access app, which in turn asks me to open the spacial sound settings. So I am stuck in
a loop.

I tried contacting the support a few days ago, but I still haven't heard from them. For a software that cost 18€, I think that is really disappointing. Is there anything I can do to get a refund, since Atmos for Headphones has't worked a single time since
I bought it? Or is there a solution for my problem?

I tried running the audio troubleshooter as well as the hardware troubleshooter. I also performed a System File Checker scan, without success. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the audio driver. Nothing helped.
