Windows 10: My speakers don't play any audio and I only hear audio through AirPods if it comes from a...

I have a Dell XPS 2-in-1. This happened just a couple hours ago. Essentially, I can't hear any audio anymore. All drivers are updated and everything. All settings are correct, so audio should play. When looking around in some settings, I saw that the speaker picked up audio from youtube, for example, but just didn't "play" it. I tried to play the test sound in the settings, but I couldn't hear it. And now, I tried it with my AirPods. I played the test sound, and was able to hear it. I again, wasn't able to hear youtube or anything in the browser through the AirPods either. I was, however, able

Airpods not playing ALL PC audio

Hi everyone,

I have a specific issue about certain sound sources not playing through bluetooth-connected Airpods. This problem is occurring on an HP laptop that runs Windows 10. The issue is that audio from Spotify and Youtube plays through my Airpods, however audio
from a Zoom meeting does not and continues to play out of my laptop's speakers, even when, for example, Spotify is playing through my Airpods simultaneously.

In the Bluetooth devices settings page, under the Audio section, it says my Airpods are 'Connected voice, music". I believe the "music" part of that is why sound from Spotify and Youtube will play through the Airpods but not audio from Zoom, for example.
I want ALL sound from my PC to go through my Airpods. Any ideas how to fix this? I do not own another set of bluetooth headphones.

I have tried going into the Advanced audio settings page titled "App volume and device preferences", under which I can specify which apps go through which audio output. Even when I changed Zoom's setting to go through my Airpods, the Zoom audio was not routed
to my Airpods and continued to play through the laptop's speakers.

Gen 3 AirPods not playing audio anymore on windows 11.

Hi, I’m having issues with my AirPods. The odd thing is they worked just fine for around the first 2 days on my laptop, but now they don’t play audio into them when connected to it. Instead, it says they’re connected but the audio still comes from the laptop speakers.

I’ve tried listing them as an output device but it won’t show up as an option no matter what I do. I’ve troubleshooted and run diagnostics, but nothing works. It’s not the AirPods themselves because they connect to my phone just fine, so I don’t see the issue.

I need these to connect to my laptop for school, so I’d appreciate any help
