Windows 10: My specific device cannot connect to a specific internet.

Hi there, My computer Windows 10 shows a wide list of other networks and is able to connect to my portable wifi, but is unable to connect to the main modem, but every other device is able to connect to the main wifi. I have a portable network adapter as a USB in my computer TPLINK wireless USB adapter if that changes anything. As well as this, my computer was connecting to it fine just yesterday, but it’s like overnight something went wrong and now it won’t connect to just this one network. I’ve tried a network reset, modem reset, computer reset, adapter reset, and I still can’t figure out

Troubleshooting internet connections didn't seem to help - both troubleshooting the connection to the internet (microsoft.com) and troubleshooting to the specific site that I couldn't access returned no issues, even when I ran the process as an administrator.

The above issue might have occurred due to missing/corrupted internet components on the computer.



Run the Internet connection troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if the issue is caused due to missing/corrupted internet components on the computer.

• Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type Troubleshooting and select the top most search result.
• Click on View all from the left side panel of the window.
• Select Internet Connections, click on
  Advanced and check Apply repairs automatically option.
• Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooter to complete.
• Check the status after the troubleshooting is complete, close the window and check if the changes are effective.
