Windows 10: My SSD randomly likes to spike to 100% usage

Hello, i have had this issue for almost half a year now and it doesnt show any sign of stopping so i decided to ask a question here to see if anyone can help me.My SSD randomly likes to spike to 100 usage out of nowhere and without a single reason, is it if im browsing on Opera or doing something or Steam etc, although it does this more while im playing games, especially Minecraft. After like every 5 minutes i would have a random spike to 100 and sometimes even a 10 second long spike and then it calmed down again and let me play in peace. All i could think out of this is a faulty SSD because n

Windows 10 Freeze, and SSd usage spiked to 100%

Hi, after i install a new SSD my pc randomly freeze, when i check in the task manager my ssd usage is 100% but with 0 transfer rate.

 

100% Disk usage spike on Windows 10

Recently I have experienced that when running most applications (especially gaming) my Laptop would have a disk usage spike to 99% or 100%. when I check the task manager there is no specific program using the disk, its just at 100% usually forcing me to
do a hard restart. baring in mind that when I run the programs the usually run smoothly and very randomly the disk usage spikes. this has only been happening since downloading windows 10. I have read many threads and applied many fixes such as disabling SuperFetch,
BIT service and windows update. I have also disable cloud based protection which seemed to work for some people but not for me, any other suggestions?

 

Random 100% SSD usage spikes freeze computer for 15-30 seconds

Hey guys, I've been having an issue with my computer for the last couple of months where it randomly freezes (could be simply using Word or playing any game), I've been trying to find a solution but I've been unsuccesful. Whenever it happens, the task manager shows a 100% usage for the SSD without any real indication of what could be causing it:

Debating on buying another SSD to see if that fixes it. Also, I found a post from 2016 with the same problem but I couldn't make Intel RST work on my PC Random spikes of 100% disk activity on system drive. Would seriously appreciate your help. Thanks !
