Windows 10: My start menu breaks after about 20 mins after restarting, and takes other things with it

So a couple days ago a really annoying thing started happening. I looked around on forums, and asked a very technical friend of mine cause I am only reasonably technical with windows myself. My start menu stops opening after about 20 minutes of using my PC, and it only gets fixed after rebooting. when my start menu breaks it tends to take other programmes with it, I cannot start my wifi hotspot anymore, but also I cannot boot up some video games. Like Deep rock galactic.I don't want to keep rebooting my pc every time I wanna do something. And I would prefer to troubleshoot this without reinsta

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)

          When you say “I cannot access the start menu and am limited to IP as a browser” Is it refers to Microsoft Edge?
          

As an initial steps, I suggest you to check for the Windows version. To do so, follow the below steps:

1) Login to your computer through user name on which it show earlier version of Windows.

2) Press Windows key + r.

3) Type winver, hit enter.
