Windows 10: My Start Menu is broken Windows 10

Since last Windows update my Start menu is pretty much broken, what's worse is that it's not only start menu:

1. I can't access it in any way, it just won't open, tried clicking and windows key, options from clicking it with right mouse button do show up.

2. Search bar doesn't work as intended, it does find what I'm searching for but it won't open it, just ignores me.

3. Settings don't work. When I try to access them, the windows pops up and then closes after a second or two.

I didn't notice any more problems for now, but I do need help with finding solution.

Tried the fist no dice. Even tried uninstalling Kasperski still no go

yeah I've been less than happy with the start menu also.
for me I for me I get freezes in start menu, especialy returning from sleep...which reminds me sleep is such a pain in the butt since I switch to Windows 10. Either waking up on its own, or system freezes when recovering from sleep

Stardock was a nice switch from vanilla, but i wasnt gonna buy it and 30 days goes by quick.
