Windows 10: My start screen is blurry and it won’t let me log into my computer

I uploaded the new windows 11 and my start screen is blurry . It won’t let me log into my Microsoft laptopI tried to shut down and do the bit thing but it wants my recovery key and i cannot locate it in my Microsoft account..Please help me.Thank you Victoria

Xbox and OneDrive won´t log in sometimes

For some reason my one computer won´t log on to the Xbox app and OneDrive. My other computer on the other hand works perfectly fine. I can´t seem to find to reason and even tried with a factory reset and still the same issue. Help?

I´ve allready tried deactivating the firewall and even rebooting the computer

 

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!
