Windows 10: My storage GB dissapearing weirdly.SCREENSHOTS INCLUDED

Hello, i need your help, my storage GB is dissapearing, i lose 1-2 GB everydaytoday i lost 3GB and i can't find what's the cause. and also my download speeds are really slow, when i tried to download a 1GB game it said that it was downloading at 1.4Bit or something like that.Here my TreeSize screenshots:And also in the second screenshot there is a file saying "tracking.log" which is pretty weird.
