    My subscription for PDFX Premium with Microsoft Store shows active but I can not download...


    I bought a new subscription for 1 year through Microsoft Store for PDF X Premium. When I go to my Microsoft account it shows it is an active subscription. I received an email from Microsoft confirming my scription but when I clicked manage subscription nothing happened. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved and have hit a road block at every turn. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

    I understand that Microsoft Solitaire Collection shows that the subscription has expired. I would suggest you to make sure that you are signed in with the same account through which you have made the purchase.



    You may also want to sign out and sign in again and check if that helps.

    purchased a year subscription for premium edition at the end of July this year and now it says subscription has expired. Free help has been useless.
