    My support emails are all in another language and completely ignore all the language and regional settings I have set for my account. Everything is set to english, region as well, yet emails totally ignore these and I continue to receive support emails in Portuguese. There is likely a setting somewhere in a database that I cannot change. Others have had this issue with support answers amounting to 'just change your settings' and then 'Weird it should be working'...
