    My Surface Laptop Go randomly uninstalled windows.


    Hi,My Surface Laptop Go randomly just uninstalled windows by itself when I was in the middle of watching youtube. It completely froze, then went to blue screen with stop code "unexpected store exception". After rebooting from there it came up with a prompt saying that windows was not installed and directed me to the bios. I made sure windows boot manager was the main boot drive and also tried a forced restart but neither of those options worked.Has anyone else encountered similar issues or know what I can do to fix it? I don't care so much about saving my files, I just need a functioning lapto

    Hello Jimmy, My Surface Laptop Go randomly uninstalled windows. :)

    This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

    *Arrow Boot Microsoft Surface from a USB device

    Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.
