    I have this problem for the past 2-3 weeks and its very irritating.. leaving it idle for 5mins, surface pro automatically shut down. I am working on some files, just leave for a while to grab a coffee or drink & when i come back my laptop gets shut down.. I open the reliability monitor and it says "Windows was not properly shut down". Also, when I am using the laptop, suddenly startup appsi just have 2-3 startup apps} opens up. Not sure why!! I check the reliability monitor and it says "Windows was not properly shut down". But actually the laptop is turned on and I am using it...Anyone ha

    PC shuts down after being idle for few mins in Windows 10.

    set monitor and hd to turn off in 60 minutes. if computer is idle for just a few minutes they shut down . any suggestions? this never happened with windows 7 pro
