    Microsoft surface 7 screen goes black after boot

    I forced rebooted my surface pro, goes to welcome screen then goes black. I can move my cursor around but it's on a black screen.

    Hi, thank you. I could restart my surface pro 4 but still could not fix the Surface Pro 4 screen not turn on after sleep. I am still looking forward to hearing more suggestions to fix the black screen after sleep.

    Little Black Pop Up Box

    There is a little black box that keeps popping up on my screen for half a second, then it disappears. It happens about every 10 minutes. It looks like a cmd, but it's blank. I've run my Anti-virus and anti-malware/adware programs, but it still does it.
    Can anybody tell me how to get rid of it? Thanks! I'm not sure which topic this goes under.
