Windows 10: My surface pro4 screen is glitching

my surface pro screen is glitching, It shows the screen distorted randomly and it won't stop.I've tried cleaning the drive holding down power + vol buttons until auto repair turns on, resetting pc completely and using the free version of restoro. It doesn't work! Please help

I have a surface pro4 which now comes up with only a blue screen after updates in windows 10.

I cant get into the start menues only the pc information security boot config date and time about and exit menue.

any suggestions

We suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps:

• Press and hold the power button on your Surface for 30 seconds.
• Press and hold the volume-up button and the power button on your Surface at the same time for at least
  15 seconds, and then release both. The screen may flash the Surface logo, but continue holding the buttons down for at least
  15 seconds.
• After you release the buttons, wait 10 seconds.
• Press and release the power button on your Surface to turn it back on.
