Windows 10: My system can't make a backup copy of folders

Hello,According to information from this site - Wykonywanie kopii zapasowej i przywracanie za pomocą Kopia zapasowa systemu Windows - Pomoc techniczna firmy Microsoft English version of this Windows support site: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/back-up-and-restore-with-windows-backup-87a81f8a-78fa-456e-b521-ac0560e32338 - I should be able to make a backup copy of folders using a dedicted tool of Windows, named Windows Backup or somethinh in Polish it's "Kopia zapasowa systemu Windows". Unfortunately, when I wanted to configure my folders backup, It appeared, that the tool

i followed this procedure and the new folder appear in the list of added folder but is not saved on the next backup;

the solution i found is to create again all the list of folders to add but i have to do this each time a new folder is to be saved; is it the only solution because a full backup is done after that ?

why the folder USERS is automatically added to the list even i deleted it before in this list ? i specify that i want to save only certains folders on drive "C" and not the users libraries (is it mandatory to save these libraries?).

Java.nio.file - Copying files

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

 

Firefox. Copy select folders from desktop to laptop

1. Backup your bookmarks
2. Delete all the bookmark folders that you do NOT want to be exported to the other computer (in the Library window, you can use the Del key for this purpose)
3. Export your bookmarks to HTML
4. Restore your backup from Step 1
5. On the other computer, import from the HTML file from Step 3
6. Done.
