Windows 10: My system changes sound volume without any reson

Hi from some time like 2 mounths my system is changing sound volume of whole system when specific apps are active clicked for eg. rockstar games luncher or multimc custom minecraft luncher system set volume to 8% as long as this apps is active when any other app is active the volume get back to 100%. Im experiencing random situations when volume is set to hight but system still say its 100%its feel like im setting 120%.I tried windows find and fix with sound without any effects.Any ideas ? Yes my pc have all spec supported for win 11Sorry for bad English

Changing "System Sound" sound volume doesn't affecting volume of Notification Sound

Windows 10 volume is always defaulted to 36 and I can't change it
