Windows 10: My System has been hacked and compromise

I was working on my LAPTOP and suddenly one pop up comes and it says " Your Device has been compromise please call to Microsoft Support Number : 8555502956, and I called them they ask My full name, DOB, cell phone, while I got some smell of scam so i hang up, but by the time they got into my system, they have give me some command prompt "netstats -sp" and she also give me some commond which take me to some website where she gave me code to put, so I don't know what Should be my course of action and how to safeguard myself and recover my system

Getting a message in a red box toward bottom of screen while playing COD Infinite Warfare. Says "system compromised". Is this part of game or has someone hacked into my xbox? It is running fine other than lagging at times which happened before message appeared.

Here are some steps you can take to remove yourself from the family and regain control of your account:

1. Sign in to family.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account.
   
2. Click on More options next to your name and select Leave family group.
   
3. Select Remove to confirm.
   

If you are unable to leave the family group, you might need to remove the consent that was given by the adult who added you to the family.
