Windows 10: My system is slow & displays buffering, I'm considering Reset my PC

My old laptop has been slowing recently and this past week I was having problems with the Touchpad driver. I have used a wireless mouse for almost a week when I was trying to get it working again with the help of the Acer Community. Nothing solved the problem next so I was resigned to using the mouse. I was thinking of doing a Reset my PC to try and improve it's performance but wasn't really sure about how to reinstall Windows. So I did nothing. fast internet speed, slow buffering

the speed is considered fast here. previously i can buffer youtube video in 360p with ease, no need to pause for buffering. after several windows update, internet become really slow.
