Windows 10: My system keeps getting bsod or screen freeze, sometimes with a sound, whenever i open a game.

i have done analysis with the mini dump files, it says due to hyperviser and most of the times nt module. so i have turned them off in the bios but the gets turned on somehow again after some tart cycles. And sometimes the bios is not able to detect the tpm2.0 and my valorant doesnt open. i have to restart and only sometimes it could say tpm security device found.this is the link for mini dump files: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JWqwRu2OEFNIxOyReRM5RbZ2x1oQEUC9?usp=sharingsometimes it doesnt create minidump files system just freezes then i have to forcefully shut it down. some error

Screen freeze on some games

Thank you for your reply, appreciate the time taken by you in keeping us updated on the status of the issue.

Since the issue is still persists, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the game and check if this helps.

If this doesn't work, I suggest you to perform system restore to the previous point where it was working fine.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows + I key and click on Update and security.
  
• 
  Click on Recovery, and click on
  Restart under Advance startup.
  
• 
  In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click
  'Troubleshoot'.
  
• 
  Click, Advanced Options and then click on
  System Restore.
  
• 
  Follow the onscreen suggestion to restore your PC to earlier point.

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.
