    My system named desktop working path as ,how can I fix this problem?


    all my language and region changed to U.S. and keeps my time zone as HK. However,the system still keeps display my desktop working path as Chinese. how can I fix this problem?     How do I overclock my system?

    Can somebody please tell me step by step, how I can overclock my CPU to get good results but still a very stable system.

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
