Windows 10: My system tray is bugged in win 11.

My system tray is bugged, when I click it it's only functional for less than a minute and then it disappears completely, and the system tray area is always grayed. I cannot click it and the only option is to restart the computer or sign-out it fixes it temporally and when I re-click it the same happens again. I've been updating windows for about a month with this error but there is still no fix. Please help, it's really annoying.

System tray tooltips disappear randomly (Win 10)

I have a Surface Pro 4 with Win 10. My system tray tooltips (the info that pops up when hovering over a system tray icon) seem to disappear and then may reappear upon reboot. Anyone else experiencing this and if so, have you found a solution? In perusing
Google, the suggestion is a Win 10 Bug.

Can anyone from Microsoft perhaps verify this?

There are several reasons why this issue happens. To help you resolve this concern, we suggest that you adjust the height of the system tray. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the system tray.
• Make sure that the Lock all taskbars
  option is unchecked.
• Try positioning your cursor at the top edge of the system tray until you see a vertical line with arrows at both tips.
  
• Hold the left mouse button down and drag the edge of the system tray upward to expand it.

How to switch from a full screen app to a system tray app?

I play a game and want on occasion to open something that's minimized to system tray. In Windows 10 I used to press Ctrl-Esc (or Win key) so taskbar appears, and I can either double click the small icon in system tray, or right click it and the application's menu appears and I can open it from there.

In Win 11 this doesn't seem to work. I have to kind of forcefully minimize everything with win-D and only then I can activate applications from system tray.

This seems to be a bug, at least it's super annoying because normally I have stuff open on 2 monitors and I really wouldn't want to need to open up everything again just because I thought of checking how my mouse's battery status is or something.

Am I missing something or this is a bug / step back in functionality?

p.s there's no subcategory for system tray, is this also stealth renamed like everything once per year? (rhetoric question.. doesn't matter.. hopefully question is understandable...)
