Windows 10: My system won't load now after a System Restore. Get "Critical System Died" Error

My computer has been making strange pulsing , grinding noises. The sort I used to get with old hard drives when I ran out of RAM. Strange now that I am using an SSD. Anyhow, Since this started a few weeks ago , I was able to locate a Restore point that was about a month old and I clicked on it. After the restore, hell has visited me. I can't get back in to anything. First off, I get a perpetual "Critical System Died" error. I am unable to sneak in via Safe Mode as it won't load either, none of the Safe Mode variants work. None of the repair operations work either. I can't access Safe Mode via

Critical process died and system restore says enable system protection Windows 10

Hi,

Been facing a issue and just cant seem to fix it.

Windows 10 just stopped loading with the blue screen giving error Critical Process Died

I have tried loading in safe mode but this does not work and I get the same error above.

I then tried to do a system restore and I can see three restore points but under the status is says "you must enable system protection on this drive" and will not let me click next.

I cannot load windows to enable the protection but can access command prompt.

any suggestions as to how I can get windows running again?

I would really like don't want to lose any of my files

Critical process died bsod on startup after system restore

Recently had a power outage which appears to have corrupted some windows system files. At first I was getting hard crashes after a few minutes of being logged in. I did a system restore and that has made the problem worse. Now I get a bsod with the "critical process has died" error. Booting in safe mode also gets the bsod error screen. So far I have followed these steps;

1) system restore (which caused the bsod loop)

2) run sfc /scannow. This returned a "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation"

3) chkdsk did not find any errors

4) DISM (checkhealth, scanhealth and restorehealth) returned an error 50

5)attempting to run a DISM refresh returned an error 2

6) Attempted to reset the PC via the troubleshooting boot menu but it is failing to reset regardless of what options I choose.

At this point I'm pretty sure my only option is to do a fresh reinstall of windows but I do not have a disk drive, a Windows disk, a USB, or the ability to create one since this bricked computer is my only windows device. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
