Windows 10: My taksbar is dark grey and i want it to be black

ok so this seems like a pretty easy fix, but its not, at least for me.

my taskbar is dark grey instead of black. ive tried everything i can to make it black but i just cant do it. ive already unchecked the "show accent color on the start, taskbar, and action center" box. i have transparency off. i tried going back to the original theme but the taskbar stays the same.

and i cant make my "windows color" black. it says its not supported. every image i see of people using windows 10 has the taskbar black so i dont see why i cant get mine to be black.

heres what mine looks like. i put something black behind it so you can really tell the difference

Y.es, I have tried Edge Chrome, IE and Firefox.

It's the same. Firefox is my preferred browser so if you have an idea where it can be fixed there that would be good.

I want to add that most of the text is grey and some dark. For instance if I search and get a list of results, the address is grey and the rest black.

But on a web page there's a lot grey and only some black.

Can't I just make everything black?

 

is n8's screen is pure black or not? is it a problem of AMOLED?

last night i used to watch videos in my n8 in a dark room, i found that the screen is not pure black, is it a case with all n8's and even in all the videos including youtube the black coloured portion is appearing like blue, dark grey pixels but not black,
y it is like that!!!!!!!!!!!

 

You can not, it is by design. People, who appear to have it, have probably a transparent taskbar.
