Windows 10: my task manager is no longer showing anything in the performance section

Hello my task manager in windows 11 was working fine. then I had to sign in again in the settings for some reason. now when I open edge up and watch videos i used to be able to see the wifi and cpu and gpu all registering and showing me what each is doing. but now nothing is showing what each is doing. and edge is not showing up in the processes section. how do i fix this? I turned off laptop and restarted but it still does not register any thing.

Scroll issues in Task Manager, Windows 10

steps to reproduce the problem

1. open task manager
2. click on more details if its not
3. go to performance tab
4. decrease its height till it has two scrolls for the two sections
5. hover over the right section (CPU, Memory, …) and try to scroll

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
