Windows 10: My Taskbar and Taskmanager doesnt work?

So for some odd reason, i suddenly wake up to a black screen on my laptop and no taskbar? odd. i dont have auto hide, if i even try to open task manager, nothing. i open files, closes when i move my mouse, im limited to do such things, i try to run games, nothing. my updates are all up to date. i can only use the AI button on my laptop to open chrome, i try to clean windows/reinstall, nothing. i tried to convert to windows 10, the set up message doesnt appear. anything i do will not work, what do i even do?

Taskbar and Start not working properly

just booted up my pc and task bar and start are not working properly. start doenst open, cortana works, taskmanager fails to do any thing it doesnt respond. some icons in taskbar donot appear, firefox etc work. Please help me...
