Windows 10: My Taskbar freezes after opening microsoft apps

for some reason when I open microsoft photos (today the mail app did it too) my taskbar freezes and then my computer slows down I cant kill it in the task manager for a couple minutes and then my browser(Opera GX) freezes aswell in the past I did download youtube videos from shady websites(memes,clips for use) and opera was marked red by my anti virus, I think (ESET internet security)

Mail app will not open on 10041.

Hello Adam,

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Microsoft Office Taskbar Jump Lists

Hi Ken,

For us to better assist you with the taskbar Jump Lists issue, we'd like to know the following:

• Were there any changes made to the computer prior to this issue (e.g. Windows updates)?
  
• Does the issue also occur on other pinned apps/files?
  

In the meantime, we suggest to turn off/on Jump Lists in Settings. To do so, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + i to open Settings, then select
  Personalization.
• In the left pane, click Start.
  
• Turn Off then turn On Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on the Start or the taskbar.

MAIl app will not open from taskbar and neither will The Microsoft Store

I have always used my Hotmail mail account through the MAIL app from Windows but now when I click onto the icon on my taskbar it looks as though its going to load on the desktop but then nothing happens. I have searched the internet for a solution and
followed many suggestions to correct including running Windows Powershell as admin to remove the apps and then reinstall from Store but the store App wont open either from taskbar or from the menu list. Please can someone help?
